In March 2011, Bausch Enterprises Inc was selected by inventors, Scott Anderson, Michael McNamara, and the rest of the team at Smart Product Innovations to fabricate various parts of and assemble the world first ECO-AUGER. Eco-auger is a hydrokinetic device that will be used in tidal waters and rivers to convert moving water into clean, renewable, green energy. BEI has been contracted to build the aluminum frame work that will sit atop of the auger's pontoons. This framework is comprised of 4 sections and will serve as both the deck of the energy station as well as the base for which the electric generating auger will attach to. Stuart based Bausch Enterprises will also serve as the auger's assembly location and receiving hub.
